We will never force anyone to have a trial, but we highly recommend that you do. It not only gives you the chance to try out various looks, but let's you get to know your stylist(s) and ultimately ensure you are happy with the service that we provide.
The answer totally depends on your hair. We often recommend them to people to add a bit more volume and depth to the hair, which gives our stylists a bit more to work with. Whilst we can recommend brands and suppliers, it's up to you to source them and ensure a colour match.
Yes, absolutely.
We primarily operate in and around the counties of Yorkshire, plus Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire, but are more than happy to travel further afield. Overnight stays can be arranged if necessary.
A deposit is due on booking to secure the date. This is then deducted from the final wedding day balance. We ask that trials and the wedding day balance are paid no later than a week before by bank transfer.
Yes. Every member of our team is insured either under our company policy or on an individual basis.
